Dooley Poynton Auctioneers are currently looking to employ an experienced Office Administrator at our office in Wicklow Town.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience working in an office administrator role.
- Must have proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Platforms.
- Uploading videos and designing content for visual displays.
- The ability to create/design brochures
- Create descriptive and engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- A willingness to work hard and go the extra mile for your clients.
- Good Organisational/Time Management Skills
The Key Responsibilities include:
- This is an office administrative role, however there may be other duties required to support the sales team.
- Manage diary entries
- Maintain listings
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and up to date.
