Job Description

Due to continued growth and expansion, Property Partners Gill & Glynn are seeking to recruit a motivated and organised ‘Property Administrator’ to join our growing team.

With offices located in Oranmore, Headford and Ballinrobe, this role offers some flexibility in terms of office base and hours (minimum of four days per week)

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Own car and full driving licence
  • Experience with creating social media content an advantage.

The Key Responsibilities include:

Property Partners Gill & Glynn manage a substantial portfolio of residential properties and provide a full range of property services, including residential lettings, property management, residential and commercial sales, and valuations.

Our team works with an excellent CRM system (Acquaint) and has well-established processes to support efficient and professional service delivery.

This position will primarily support the sales, lettings and property management portfolio, working closely with our experienced team.

Experience in a property administration, would be a distinct advantage.
