Job Description

Rooney Auctioneers Limerick is seeking a motivated property professional to join our growing Property Management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual passionate about property to join a well-established and respected property firm in heart of Limerick City.

 

The successful candidate would develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment working alongside an experienced group of property experts who value collaboration.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • PSRA C & D Licence and full, clean driving licence with access to a car.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptable to new IT systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to manage client and tenant needs effectively.
  • Professional demeanour and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • A pro-active work ethic, exhibiting a flexible approach to the demands of the role.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and uphold a portfolio of residential properties and developments, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant, and fully occupied.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee tenant screening, leasing, renewals, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements with contractors and staff.
  • Diary and attend AGM meetings for OMCs.
  • Monitoring accounts and financial performances.
