Job Description
Maher Property Advisors have an opening for a property manager to join our team.
The prospective person would be joining a team of two senior agents looking after our portfolio of managed properties.
The ideal candidate would have:
Current PSRA license– Category C
Own car and full driving license.
Experience of using a CRM such as Letman / Blockman
Excellent communications skills.
Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion,.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required
Team player
Ensuring a high level of customer service
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Previous Block Management experience a bonus
The Key Responsibilities include:
The role can be tailored to the prospects previous experience, availability and future goals. Our company offer a range of services including residential lettings and management, Block management, sales and valuations.
