This represents an exciting opportunity to join the DNG brand and forge a new career path working along with a small team of property professionals.
Ideally, the candidate will have a proven ability and a positive track record in residential sales and lettings with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. This is a full-time position offering a generous remuneration package and a rewarding career for the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Current PSRA Licence.
- Excellent communication & people skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems (experience of RPS an advantage).
- Own a car with a full clean driving licence.
- Be able to work on own initiative; develop new business.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing a portfolio of sale and rental properties.
- Liaising between vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants.
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities.
- Work as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary.
- Create a positive customer experience and manage all enquiries in a professional manner.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
