Hugh Morris Alliance Auctioneers is a growing property firm offering valuation, sales, lettings, and advisory services. Due to expansion, we’re hiring a Sales Negotiator/ Senior Property Administrator.
Part/Full time role based between our Kells & Navan offices to support residential valuations, market research, report preparation, property sales along with all the required administration.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 1–2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of valuation standards and property sales
- Degree in Property/Real Estate or similar
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Full driving licence
- Good IT skills
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with valuation reports
- Analyse market data and comparables
- Assist sales and lettings prep
- Conduct property viewings
- Maintain records and compliance files
- Handle documentation, including property service agreements, sales advice notes, and liaising with solicitors.
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with industry regulations (e.g., PSRA license requirements).
