At DNG Kelly Duncan, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estate Agent / Qualified Auctioneer to take a leading role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of a busy, established Midlands-based estate agency office.
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and commercially minded property professional who is ready to take ownership of an office and play a key role in developing and growing the business.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in residential property sales, with the confidence and ability to manage the full sales process — from generating new business, winning instructions and carrying out market appraisals through to negotiation, sale agreed and closing.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in residential property sales
- A recognised property/auctioneering qualification
- Strong valuation, negotiation and business development skills
- A proven ability to generate instructions and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- The ability to lead a team while also working independently
- A professional, energetic and commercially focused approach
The Key Responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management and leadership of the office
• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Managing vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
• Negotiating sales and progressing transactions to completion
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the local market
• Managing and supporting the existing office team
• Working towards agreed sales, revenue and growth targets
• Identifying opportunities to further grow the business and increase market share
