Savills Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to join our Country Residential Department. The role involves marketing and selling residential properties, conducting viewings, liaising with clients and buyers, and managing sales from instruction through to completion, while delivering a market-leading level of service.
The ideal candidate would have:
- PSRA licence with relevant previous experience
- A proven ability to work on their own initiative
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail
- A confident and professional approach
- A full, clean driver’s licence
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing residential sales from instruction to completion
- Conducting viewings and liaising with clients and buyers
- Preparing marketing campaigns and ensuring high presentation standards
- Developing new business opportunities and assisting with agency pitches
- Exceeding individual and team targets
- Adhering to regulatory, compliance, and health & safety requirements
