Job Description
- Broe Auctioneers have an opening for a Senior Property Negotiator in our agency.
- The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They must be capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the residential sales market, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- They should also possess the ability to effectively develop our market share.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Property Qualification/PSRA Licence
- 3 + year’s experience in Sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Dublin Property market
- Ability to develop business
- A full clean driving licence is compulsory.
