Valuation Administrator & Property Sales Negotiator (Monaghan) – Maternity Cover
The ideal candidate would have:
* PSRA license
* 2 plus years of experience in Sales & Valuations
* Full clean driving license with own car
* Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organisational abilities
* Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
* Be motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working
The Key Responsibilities include:
Valuation Administrator:
- Assist in conducting valuations
- Scheduling valuation appointments
- Assist & prepare residential valuation reports
- Assist with Bank Valuations
- Ability to progress and, in time, prepare well written valuation reports with relevant rationale.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of valuation reports, complying with professional standards and guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
- Take pictures of the exterior and interior of a property for later review and to include in their report. Measure the exterior and interior of the property.
- Compare the property’s selling value to other buildings in the area.
- Draft a report using the notes and photos taken at the property.
- Communicate with other agents throughout the area.
Sales Assistant:
- Property Viewing
- Updating Vendors
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
- CRM updating & Updating databases and offer system.
- Conducting measuring and detailing preparation for the market.
- Preparing brochure descriptions.
