Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director to join and help lead our growing Valuation & Advisory team.
This leadership role is ideally suited to an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor with a proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation advice, develop client relationships, win new business and mentor teams.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the future growth of the department, delivering valuation and advisory services across a wide range of property sectors, and contributing to the continued success and market-leading reputation of Knight Frank Ireland.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Proven track record in team leadership and delivering financial objectives
- MRICS and/or MSCSI qualification.
- Registered Valuer status.
- Experience in commercial property valuation.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and professional standards.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking commercial property and land valuations across a variety of asset classes.
- Carrying out property inspections and providing expert valuation advice.
- Preparing comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
- Managing and delivering valuation instructions to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while developing a network of key market contacts.
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities to win new instructions.
- Contributing to the growth and continued success of the Valuation & Advisory team.
- Providing mentorship, technical guidance and support to junior surveyors.
- Sharing knowledge and promoting best practice across the wider business.
- Assisting with the development of team processes and service delivery improvements.
