Job Description
Position available for Junior Estate Agent / Apprentice
The ideal candidate would have:
- Hold a full or be in the process of obtaining a driving license and have access to own transport.
- Hold a valid PSRA license or be in the process of obtaining a licence through an approved course.
- The role is primarily based in Dublin 15, but we do cover the wider Dublin area and surrounding counties
- While holding a PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) license is an advantage, it is not essential – Apprentice route accepted.
- The candidate should have a keen interest in the property market.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings and answer queries from potential buyers and tenants.
- Sales and letting negotiations: Negotiate sales and letting agreements on both residential and commercial properties.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and new listings to provide clients with informed guidance.
- Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain all necessary sales and letting documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Team Collaboration: work as part of a team and assist colleagues when required.
