Dooley Poynton Auctioneers are currently looking to employ an experienced Office Administrator at our office in Wicklow Town.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience working in an office administrator role.
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Platforms.
  • Uploading videos and designing content for visual displays.
  • The ability to create/design brochures
  • Create descriptive and engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  • A willingness to work hard and go the extra mile for your clients.
  • Good Organisational/Time Management Skills

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • This is an office administrative role, however there may be other duties required to support the sales team.
  • Manage diary entries
  • Maintain listings
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and up to date.
