DNG Duffy, a multi-award-winning estate agency and one of the leading property firms in the North East, is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our growing team in Dundalk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant legislation while maintaining excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 2–5 years’ property management or lettings experience
- A valid PSRA licence
- Own car and full driving licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and managing lease agreements and tenancy documentation
- RTB registrations and maintaining PSA contract documentation
- Coordinating property viewings and securing new tenancies
- Handling tenant queries and requests on a daily basis
- Managing rental payments, tracking accounts, and maintaining accurate records
- Arranging repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and service providers
- Addressing and resolving maintenance issues for tenants
- Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, including transfer of utilities
- Preparing properties for re-letting and maintaining strong occupancy levels
- Providing full tenancy management services for landlords
- Working towards optimum results for clients in relation to new lettings, renewals, and occupancy levels
