DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard are a leading Galway city Estate Agents with operations in Residential Sales, Residential Valuations, Residential Lettings, New Homes and Commercial Sales, Lettings & Valuations.
Due to our expanding business in all areas, we have vacancies at Junior & Senior levels for Experienced Property Professionals. We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven individuals to join our successful award-winning team.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A PSRA Licence
- A Full Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Property Services Negotiator/Valuer
- TEGoVA or RICS Valuers (not essential for all roles)
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in winning new business/clients for the company & increasing market share.
- Manage the sales process from listing properties through to closing the sale & managing key relationships within the process with vendors, purchasers and solicitors.
- Assisting in the sale of New Homes schemes and liaising with purchasers, solicitors and site personnel as required
- Assist in the completion of valuation reports to Blue/Red book standard (if applicable)
