Job Description
Hunters Estate Agent is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Dalkey office. The role involves supporting residential property sales and delivering excellent service to vendors and buyers.
The ideal candidate would have:
1–2 years’ experience in residential property sales
PSRA licence
Knowledge of the South Dublin property market
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
The Key Responsibilities include:
Managing property sales from instruction to completion
Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and brokers
Assisting with valuations and new property listings
Ensuring compliance with PSRA regulations
