Global Properties Ltd. (Auctioneers, Valuers, Estate Agents) are currently seeking a Trainee Property Negotiator/Property Consultant to join our team.
The successful trainee will be enrolled in a comprehensive property apprenticeship course at Cork's Morrison Island Campus. This program will lead to the attainment of a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Auctioneering and Property Services. The course spans two years, with classes held one day per week at the campus. During the remaining four days, the trainee will work at Global Properties Ltd’s Office in Ballincollig.
Upon completing the two-year course, the trainee will be eligible to obtain a PRSA (Property Regulator) property license. In Ireland, a property license is a mandatory requirement for engaging in property letting and sales, and the two-year certificate is the minimum qualification necessary to secure such a license.
We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to establish a successful career in the Property Industry. Requirements:
Education: Leaving Certificate & 3rd Level degree (required)
Experience: Sales or Office work - (Beneficial)
Own transport - (required in year 2)
