Co. Donegal. With the largest team of property professionals in the county, Franklins offer a comprehensive range of both Residential & Commercial Sales & Lettings as well as an extensive Property Management Department. We are looking to recruit an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Working out of our Letterkenny office reporting directly to the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the following.

  • Manage and delegate to the lettings team.
  • Be responsible for a portfolio of properties in the areas of Letterkenny and lnishowen
  • Liaise with current and prospective landlords in relation to the rental of their property
  • Conduct property viewings and liaise with the company inspections officer for routine/final inspections
  • Be responsible for rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
  • Monitor regular inspections of all properties in the portfolio
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

  • Must have PSRA license and at least 1 years' experience in a Lettings role
  • An outgoing personality who is client focused; a motivated self starter
  • Excellent written, verbal and customer relations skills
  • Full driving license and use of own car
  • Efficient organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment and handle high work volumes

Remuneration:

This position offers an excellent salary. You will also receive mileage allowance, company laptop and phone.
