For the past number of years IPAV have been members of CEI in Europe. In November 2015 the boards of CEI and CEPI, a larger European Real Estate Association, merged the two Associations under the name of CEPI, (The European Association of Real Estate Professionals). 

This process has taken two years to fully examine the effects of the merger on the new grouping, the Association members like IPAV and overall members like IPAV individual members.   

Key Services Provided by IPAV Members

• Sale and/or purchase by auction, tender or private treaty of all property and land types such as residential, commercial, industrial, investment, development & agricultural land
• Valuations for the purpose of: Property Sale, Property Purchase,  Estate Duty, Compulsory Acquisition, Mortgages, Rating, Insurance, Business, Plant & Equipment, Fine Art, Financial Assets, Surveys
• Leasing and Lettings of all property and land types
• Negotiations in relation to property acquisitions
• Property Management

Full Member:

A Full Member of the Institute shall be practising as an Auctioneer, Valuer, Estate Agent, Property Managing Agent, Letting Agent or Property Professional and have obtained a current relevant licence from the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and satisfy the Council of IPAV as to their general character, experience and suitability.
