Job Description:
Mc Peake Auctioneers are currently looking to expand their team and are looking for an experienced licenced Sales & Lettings negotiator to join their company of professionals covering the Dublin 15 area.
Ideally the candidate should have experience, and proven ability within the industry principally with Sales & Lettings
Salary proportionate with experience.
The Role will include but not limited to:
- General Administration duties.
- Assisting with a portfolio of properties and engaging with Clients
- Recognising new business opportunities and acquisition of instructions
- Positive & Professional customer service and managing all enquiries in a professional manner
- Bringing properties onto the market- PSRA compliant.
Candidate must have the following requirements:
- PSRA Licenced
- Excellent communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to familiarise with new CRM Systems
- Vehicle owner with full clean driving licence
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
