Job Description:
Following a recent panel appointment GVM Auctioneers, Limerick City immediately require both a Senior Valuer. Applicants must fulfil the following criteria.
· IPAV SCSI / RICS membership.
· Red Book / Blue Book/TRV Qualified Member.
· Work in a relaxed atmosphere on own initiative and as part of a growing team.
· Good report writing skills essential and understanding of valuation methods.
· Good IT Skills.
· Car owner with clean driving licence.
Remuneration: Basic Salary, travel, mobile phone, and pension.
